Finest camel hair is a natural benefit for the finest mattresses and the best sleep. The camel hair can do what no other wool can – balance extreme temperature fluctuations under 30 degrees to above 40 degrees.

But only in its finest, best-quality form can camel hair show its best properties – cooling in the summer time and heating in the winter time – and thus act as natural air conditioning night after night. In a mattress that uniquely sensitively adapts to the temperature of the room and covers the sleeper with rest.

But because every camel hair is not the same we at Trois Couronnes only acquire the most valuable, softest and smoothest spinnable lanugo of the young animals for our mattresses. Naturally from the best weaving mills in the world – in first-class, fine quality according to strict Schlossatelier guidelines – without addition of other wools and by no means with synthetic materials.

Because only hundred percent pure camel hair can absorb moisture of more than 40 percent of its own weight and create the uniquely dry, refreshing sleep climate that one expects from a Trois Couronnes masterpiece. But there is more: thanks to the natural lanolin in its hair hundred percent pure camel hair is credited with having a healing effect on rheumatic pains. In short: a natural marvel that should earn a doctor’s degree.
